Q. How come even though I do online check-in 24 hours before my flight, I can never get a seat up the front? No matter how quick I am, all the seats in the front half of the plane are already taken. How do people get them??
Allow me a little rant, here, because I’m really getting the s#*%s with the downright dishonest way some travel providers are advertising their deals. Apart from the fact that some airlines and tour operators are still promoting airfares without taxes included (as if you have a choice about paying them!), there seems to be a real trend towards…

Q: I am planning a long haul trip and wonder if it is worth paying the extra money for the ‘premium economy’ seats I have seen advertised? John
I have friends who go overseas for a month with only carry-on cabin baggage. That’s seven kilograms or fifteen pounds of luggage each for four weeks – think you could do it?
